I am a resident of Cavalry Street, Delhi and writing this letter to complain about the internet connection in our area.

The main problem is that your devices are not providing proper signals as a result of which the connection gives slow bandwidth. We are facing this issue on every device, such as laptops and smartphones.

This has greatly affected not only students but also the employees who work from home. Students are unable to complete their research work because of the slow service. Similarly, those people who work from home are perturbed by the internet as their business meetings have been cancelled several times. Despite complaining many times, your representatives have not come to resolve the issue.

You are requested to replace all the devices of our area immediately. We can pay the cost of new machines provided that these new devices will resolve the signal issues.

When you say "resident" it means you are writing about the internet service to your home. Are you writing about the connection at a business, school or residence? Are you writing about the area's WiFi service? Also, the words that you use are not good.)

The main problem is that your devices (wrong word) are not providing proper signals (wrong word - how do you know what the problem is? ) as a result of which the bandwidth is connection gives slow bandwidth. We are facing this issue on every device, such as laptops and smartphones.

But it is like watching the grass grow or a flower blossom. You cannot see the changes from moment to moment, but after a week or a month, the changes will be noticeable.
