Hi

Is there any expression for when a person (usually a wrestler or an athlete) lies supine, pushes his upper body forward, bends his knees and stands on his legs?

There was a time when I could _____________________.

Thanks,

Tom

In the English-speaking part. It's the only name I know of for the move. Is there another one?
