Hi,

We have to look at possible ways to improve the situation, especially when one medical worker takes over the job from another.

What is the difference between 'look into' and 'look at'?

Can I replace 'look at' with 'look into'?

Thanks in advance

Hi.

In your example they can be used interchangeably.

You look at and into subject, way or possibility which is considered being studied in all posiible ways to get the most of it, study what this is all about, decide what should be done or figure out all possibilities relating to it.
