Is it correct to say (about 2 people,) this way:

We don't match each other.

We don't suit each other.

I mean the situation:

I was on a date the night before, and somebody asks me next day:

How was the date?

Can I answer: It was ok, but we don't match eatch other.

Thanks for replies.
"We don't suit each other" is fine. "We're not suited to each other" is also common.

"We don't match each other" would be understood, but it's uncommon in the US. We'd more likely say, "We're a bad/poor match." "We're not a good match." Emotion: smile

I can imagine someone saying, "We just don't match."

But it would be quite unusual to hear "each other" added.
Thanks very much Emotion: smile
