Listen to a native speaker of English speaking English at a speed you can understand.
Listen everyday English that uses words that you understand and that are spoken clearly enough so that you can hear what the speaker says.

You don’t have to listen for a long time. But you must listen everyday. Listen to English for just 10 or 15 minutes everyday. Research shows that listening for a short time everyday is much better and listening for a long time once a week it is not good to listen to English on Monday and then not listen until Friday. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. You need to hear English everyday.

Yes, "Dr. Strangelove or How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb" is a good one.

I like movies Casablanka and I learn it for hart, I can speak many sentences and frase. I see it abot 100 times more. It very simple and anderstand movie. Subtitles is very good anderstand movie. Everybody see it and have very good English.

Learning a foreign language is much easier when you're enjoying the process. The best way to do that is by watching movies in the language you're currently studying. If you want to improve your English skills, it's worth to watch a movie without any subtitles or translation. If you can't pick one, here's what I suggest: "Notting Hill", "Jurassic Park", "Clueless", "The Hunger Games" and "Men In Black".

I think, TV shows like Friends can help you too

Also, pay attention to podcasts and audio books. it is very convenient to read and listen at the same time.

The best choice of comedy in my opinion - Friends. In this TV show mostly simple everyday conversations and lots of fun. If not comedy good one is Breaking Bad. Movies are usually more difficult.
