k im not very good at writting but i was wondering if this is a narrative paragraph..im not finished yet but im not sure if it is and plz hurry and give me some input bc its kinda due for tomorrow~thx

Learning a second language is definitely a hard thing to do. I remember when I first started learning French at the age of 9. It had me stumped for the longest time because I could never remember any of the rules or structures. It was extremely difficult to use the tenses correctly and speak it right, yet alone understand what you are saying. I still find it complicated to use the language, probably because I don’t practice or commit to it enough. French is also very hard to understand when other people are speaking it. I can barely make out what my teacher is trying to explain to us because she can speak it fluently, while I can’t. When people speak it quickly it makes it even harder to recognize since I have to think about each and every single word to get as much out of it as I can. I remember when I decided to try and teach myself some Ukrainian so I could communicate with the new immigrants. This went well at first since I was just memorizing it, but not actually learning it. After a few days though, it would be forgotten and it later became a lost cause as I don’t know much of it anymore.

i need some help with writing a narrative paragraph

can you help me plz!!!
Example of Narrative Paragraph:

Yesterday evening I got home from school around . My mother had dinner prepared which we ate as soon as Dad came home from work. After eating, I helped mother clear the table and do the dishes. After we got the kitchen cleaned, I had to sit and do my homework. Mother always says, "No television until your homework is done". I finally got my math finished, so I went into the family room and turned on the television. I was watching American Idol, when the phone rang. It was my best friend, Amy. I talked to her for awhile then it was time for bed. I put on my pajamas and turned on my favorite cd. I finally started to get sleepy around The next thing I knew, mother was calling me to get ready for school.
Narrative paragraphs are often used to describe what a person does over a period of time.

Yesterday evening I got home from work at 6 o'clock. My wife had
prepared dinner which we ate immediately. After I had cleaned up the
kitchen, we watched TV for about an hour. Then we got ready to go out
with some friends. Our friends arrived at about 9 o'clock and we
chatted for a while. Later we decided to visit a jazz club and listen
to some music. We really enjoyed ourselves and stayed late. We finally
left at one o'clock in the morning.
send me examples of short narrative, descriptive, argumentative, and expository parragraphs to my address:
Hi,

In English, this seems like an order rather than a request. I'm sure it's not your intention to sound rude and abrupt.

Why don't you try to write something in one or more of these styles, and then post it here so that we can offer you comments?

Please also note that we prefer to post our answers here on the public Forum, so that other people can also learn from them. We don't teach people privately.
