Is the conversation natural and meaningful? Please correct it.

It's so short that it doesn't need that comma. It's certainly meaningful, and in some households it may be completely natural.

However, it is not a conversation. A conversation consists of at least two people speaking to one another and exchanging ideas.

In a civilized society, no one will perceive this statement as natural. It is just downright rude to tell someone "hurry up".
