When I have some time I generally go to THE NATURE/NATURE. (meaning 'countriside' or something)

Nature is usually used without an article but I wouldn't use it in your example:
When I have some time, I generally go outdoors. Or: I take a walk outdoors.
Here's an example of nature:
Nature would be better off without the influence of man.
