Dear Mr. ...

I am glad to know that my profile has been interested to you.I came to know about your company from the ABC website <link removed by moderator> .
I appreciate the opportunity for an interview if you can give me time for week 4. (Can you please suggest some better sentence for this part)
Looking for forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Dear M.....

Thank you for your answer and I am glad to know that my profile has interested you.

...

What exactly is your question? Do you need four weeks?? I don't understand. I suppose a job wouldn't either. Why not have the interview?

Am I missing something?

cheers[H]

Dear Mr. ...

Thank you for letting me know of your interest in me for the [name of the position] position.

I welcome the opportunity to interview with you. [I'm afraid I will be out of town for the next two weeks and would not be availble to meet with you until [date] -- I agree with the previous poster - if you can't meet with them for 4 weeks, they are likely to look for someone else to fill the position.]

I learned about your company from www.blahblah.com. Thank you again for your interest and for considering me for this position.

Sincerely

I mean I want to meet them in week 4!
Is "week 4" the same thing as "four weeks from now"?
Grammar GeekIs "week 4" the same thing as "four weeks from now"?

That's exactly what I was wondering.

Week four really doesn't mean anything in English.

In any case, I would strongly advise against this formulation. Why not have the interview now , you will not have to decide right away anyway. It will give a very bad impression if you tell them: listen, I am glad to hear from you but now you will have to wait for a month to hear from me again.

yes, maybe u r right.

but we have this format [ week - day - date - time ] here.

and I want to only specify the week in which I can meet them.

Now what U think? Is it still wrong?!
Rohitt, if you are coming here to improve your English, try to avoid writing things like "u r."

If you mean the fourth week of the month, then I would say "the week of 28 January" or whatever week you mean.
Yes Sure,I won't write like this any more.

Thanks
