Hi teachers,
We are adding a new item to our menu and I would like to now if the 2 descriptions below are correct and natural:
Apple Crumble
Baked cinnamon-spiced apples with a sweet wheat flour and oat-crumble topping. Served with whipped cream.
Baked cinnamon-spiced apples covered with a sweet wheat flour and oat-crumble crust. Served with whipped cream.
Is there a preference between these 2 descriptions? Also, feel free to edit for improvement!

Some wheat flour and more oats are part of the crumble mix of our recipe to make it a healthier version. It tasted quite good honestly with the recipe we’ve modified.
Should we not mention flour or oat in the description? Or how about just mention “…. with a sweet oat-crumble topping”? What do you suggest?
Baked cinnamon-spiced apples with a sweet crumble topping made with (organic) whole wheat flour and oats. Served with whipped cream.
Great, thanks for your help. Out of curiously, wouldn’t using "with" twice in once sentence be not the best way of constructing a sentence, or is it fine?
It's fine. If it upsets you, use the second choice "made from" or third choice "made of"
Great. Thanks very much! I actually like "with" but wanted to confirm your answer! Good to know it's fine!
