Instead of using smart devices such as phones or tablets to search for information, elderly people get accustomed to holding and reading newspapers. This kind of action also reduces the percentage of being near-sighted owing to the high energy visible light from electronic gadgets. Another rationale behind the importance of physical newspapers is preserving our culture. For instance, there are such a lot of informative articles about ancient traditions and customs that tell readers about the origins and histories of traditional rituals.
On the other hand, internet-based news also has its own advantages. Thanks to the development of technology, news is being accessed easily and conveniently. Just with a mobile phone, people can immediately explore the whole world through surfing datas on social media. In other words, online news is also a huge source of knowledge that readers would love to find for anything without costing money. The biggest reason why people should superiorly connect to electronic news is due to its eco-friendliness. Rather than cutting down more trees for printed newspapers, reading internet-based news remains a better choice.
In conclusion, physical and e-news stay in balance with both good and bad sides.
