"My parents are gonna be in town tomorrow night and we'd love to stop by.It's no big deal. If you're around."
This girl invites her boyfriend to meet her parents. Then how come it's no big deal if he's around?

She's trying to keep things very casual. If the boyfriend already has plans she doesn't want him to feel obligated to change them on her account. (Probably because she doesn't want to scare the bf off Emotion: smile)
She's saying, in effect, "hey, if you're going to be home, we'd like to stop by, but if you've already got plans, that's fine. In fact, if you just don't feel like meeting my parents tomorrow night, I'm giving you a way out."

I think it's also that "meeting the parents" is sometimes (okay, often) viewed a giant step in a bf/gf relationship. It sounds like she's trying to assure him that this is not "I want you to meet my parents" but more like "Hey, my parents are in town, and we could get together if you want."
