MY FRIEND HAS WRITTEN ME A LETTER IN WHICH HE HAS USED AN EXPRESSION INCOMPLETE.
" NO MATTER WHAT HAPPEN......................."
CAN YOU MAKE SOME SENTENCES AS MUCH YOU CAN PLEASE?

This is a common thing to say at the end of a sentence. It is often used along with affirmations of love or friendship.

"We will be together, no matter what happens."

"I will love you, no matter what happens."

"We will be together, no matter what happens."

"I will be your friend, no matter what happens."

I means that it is not important what things happen, you wil disregard that and focus on what is important (e.g. friendship, love, etc).
