I know how to use "neither" but I don't know how to use "none". Please help me.

1. None of the two boys could answer the question.

2. Neither of the two boys could answer the question.

There's no need to use "two" after "neither". I would write: "neither boy could answer the question".

At those sentences they are similar. in general neither is used with nor. Neither Martin nor Dick was there

None of them are real.
