Hi,

Does the following sentence sound okay?

I am not sure about the underlined parts. Note that the company has a total of six subsidiaries.

The company sold its ownership stake (30%) in its one US subsidiary, Maxwell Inc., in return for an increased ownership in its another US subsidiary, Diego LLC.

Thanks,

MG.

Its another US subsidiary is definitely very badly wrong as we can't have an article after a possessive form.

... in one of its US subsidiaries, Maxwell Inc. would be correct followed by ...in another [one] of its US subsidiaries, Diego LLC. I would use no article before increased ownership.
