By the time you've listed all the English adjectives, you'll have a fair-sized book, probably of several volumes. The CD version of MWCD11 allows a search on function labels, so such a list from this abridged dictionary could be produced. I haven't checked to on-line version, but I would guess it would work, too. Why not buy a decent dictionary? It would have a healthy selection of the adjectives in English, and in alphabetical order.
If you must have an online list, try the Moby Part-of-speech list, with
2300 words labelled. It is at. There are a number of POS taggers available, many of them free. Your search engine will help you. A good place to start learning about corpus linguistics is the BNC site . Some lists based on the BNC were done by Kilgarriff. The unlemmatized lists, including POS labels, include
for both written and oral records, and
for written records only. These lists were prepared before November, 2000, so are well behind the current BNC.
And be sure to check WordNet .

Any good dictionary is a list of English adjectives, because any word can be an adjective. That's why we have mosquito repellant, off days, and pull-down menus.
