Is this paragraph correct:

"I always jog in leggings, with an old T-shirt, and with some brandless sneakers, I sweat almost from the beginning; and almost always I feel in so much pain that I can’t think about anything or even look at anyone or anything around for too long. I just fix a point in front of me, count every lap I complete, and often long for my ordeal to be over."

Note: By 'fix', I 'look'...

The vocabulary is OK, but I'd make a couple of changes to it, and to the punctuation.

I always jog in leggings, an old T-shirt, and some off-brand sneakers. I sweat almost from the beginning (or I start sweating almost immediately), and I almost always feel in so much pain that I can’t think about anything, or even look at anyone or anything around for too long. I just fix on a point in front of me, count every lap I complete, and often long for my ordeal to be over.
