Hi

Could you please give your take on these two words? I often see them in novels and articles. Are they common among native speakers? Are they low-register?

Nippy = chilly

Parky = chilly

Thanks,

Tom

They are both informal.

'Parky' seems to be restricted to BE usage,

"Nippy" is playful, informal. This American has never heard "parky".
