Is this sentence natural for a photographer who is explaining how her packages work. Package 1 is a maximum of 9 hours of coverage anytime between preparations and 8pm . If you want me to me to stay passed 8pm , you would have to book Package 2. Is it correct to say “...explain how her packages work”? thanks

Package 1 is a maximum of 9 hours of the photographer's time on one day between an agreed set-up time preparations and 8 pm . If you want the photographer to stay past 8 pm , you would have to book Package 2.

Would “include” work? Would it be better?
Package 1 includes 9 hours....
Why not use “coverage”
I hear this often:
9 hours of coverage
Thanks
