1) After I did my homework I went out.

2) After I had done my homework I went out.

3) After doing my homework I went out.

Not in terms of meaning. No.

Regarding 2), typically where words like 'before' and 'after' are used, there is less need to use the past perfect to clarify the time relationships, and the simple present is very often used instead.

Hi. They're effectively the same. However, a comma is needed before I went out.
