Context would certainly convey what the receipt was for, i.e., payment.
"copy" is not necessary either.

This is far more popular, though I do see "payment receipt" and "receipt of payment" used by media companies in Fraze dot it.

If I were to express this thought in my own words, I would be slightly simpler.

Please see me a copy of the receipt as soon as you can.

Typically the receipt says what was received. It will mention goods or the amount of money received. That's really what I am after. How much "value" has been transferred to the other entity or party.

Your first sentence, though, is fine. In fact, many might prefer your answer over mine.
