A daughter is visiting her drug-addicted mother at a rehab center. She's been visiting her a couple of times since she checked in. Could I use all of the five examples below? Which of the examples will be most appropriate to use in this context?

1) I can’t tell whether you'd really like me to come by here like I’ve done or if you’d rather just be left alone.

2) I can’t tell whether you really like me to come by here like I’ve done or if you’d rather just be left alone.

3) I can’t tell whether you’d really want me to come by here like I’ve done or if you’d rather just be left alone.

4) I can’t tell whether you really want me to come by here like I’ve done or if you’d rather just be left alone.

5) I can’t tell whether you really appreciate me coming by here like I’ve done or if you’d rather just be left alone.

Is "like I’ve done" needless if it is known that she's been there visiting a few times before?

Also, does 'really' here mean 'actually/genuinely/in fact/truly'?

Thank you very much in advance.
