You need to be simpler and more direct. Personnel officers soon get tired of longwindedness:

Both my academic program and my co-curricular activities have prepared me for this position. I have a strong interest in teaching and research, so this position seems to fit very well with my education, experience and career interest.
Thnaks a lot sir! I have a question for the sentence below. Is it ok to use the bold one? or just delete it? Thanks..

"If you are favourably impressed with my qualifications and experience, I would very much appreciate if you could contact me in advance to set up a meeting to discuss the position further. You can contact me at the above address or reach me by phoning the number on my resume attached. "

"I am pleased to submit herewith my application for the post of lecturer in ABC. I believe that my qualification and working experience meet your expectations and demands of the said position.
I am currently enrolled in the final semester of the bisness administration course at the DEF and will graduate in November 2011."
Are these sentences seems direct to start the letter? or still long written?
Thnaks! I really appreciate your contribution..
Yes, they can still be made more simple and forthright:

I would like to apply for the post of lecturer in ABC. I believe that my qualifications and experience meet your requirements. I am currently enrolled in my final semester of the Business Administration program at (the?) DEF and will graduate in November 2011.

Thank you very much MM..

Sir, I have added some sentences for making my cover letter strong enough to show that I am really have an interest in teaching and research. Is it too messy? Thanks a lot..

“My interest in number and research led me to do a degree in pure mathematics and master in applied mathematics particularly numerical analysis. In university, I was awarded the Dean’s List Student Award for four semesters during degree and maintain CGPA 4.0 for three semesters during master.

I have deep interest in doing a research and teaching since I have presented my research paper at three conferences within two years of my study. Furthermore, one paper was selected to be published in Journal Mathematics and Statistics (JMS), one paper still under review at Hikari’s journal, one paper is published in proceeding for Fundamental Science Congress 2010 and one paper is just presented and will be published at IEEE Explore. Besides that, I have took the opportunity to be a demonstrator for gaining the experience in teaching.”
My interest in numbers and research led me to a bachelor's degree in pure mathematics and a master's in applied mathematics with a focus on numerical analysis. I was on the Dean’s Student Awards List for four semesters during my undergraduate years and maintained a CGPA of 4.0 for three semesters during my master's.

I have had an abiding interest in research and teaching ever since I presented my thesis research at three conferences within two years of my studies. I took the opportunity to be a university demonstrator in order to gain early teaching experience. In addition, one of my papers was published in the Journal of Mathematics and Statistics (JMS), another was published in the Proceedings of the Fundamental Science Congress 2010, a third is currently under review by the Japanese journal Hikari, and I have just presented a fourth paper which will be published at IEEE Xplore.
Thanks a lot!
