Although my english is not very good still, I would still love to try to see if I can soothe your sentences. Here's what I wrote after surfacing the points that you had in your post.

Dear Danny,

I remember that I promised to give you a call once my parents had left for work. I suggest that we should relish ourselves in a BBQ party at the rooftop of my house. Imagine ourselves grilling our food under the moon. Wouldn't it be very enjoyable? What do you think?

I can also remember that I still owe you a meal. Since your working place is pretty near where I stay, it is even more convenient to have more of our meals together in future.

Hope to see you soon!

I wonder if I have any mistakes in mine as well, but I hope some language experts here can help us to correct our mistakes.Emotion: wink
Both of these letters are understandable but could do with a little tidying up.

Dear/Hi Danny
Hi is ok if you want to be very informal, this sounds like a good friend so why not?

I promise you that if our house vacant.(it means that my parents not in home for travel or work) I will call you with our friends! /I remember that I promised to give you a call once my parents had left for work.

I think what you meant was 'I've remembered my promise to have you and some friends over while my parents are at work.' Xenon's sentence was more gramatical but it makes it sound as though it is a secret telephone call while the parents are out, rather than suggesting a visit for when they are out.

it will be a good time if we will have a BBQ Party in our housetop , aren't you?
Housetop is not a word I am familiar with, unless it is in local use you need to change it. Xenon's sentences are more gramatical, with the following comments, and a bit more enthusiastic.

I suggest that we should relish ourselves in a BBQ party at the rooftop of my house. Imagine ourselves grilling our food under the moon. Wouldn't it be very enjoyable? What do you think?
Rooftop makes me think of people perched on roofing tiles. Perhaps balcony, roof garden, roof terrace, on the roof? The word relish is not correct here, enjoy is better, or the original 'We would have a good time.'

and... I'll treat you lunch or dinner ( it's my turn : ) ) /I can also remember that I still owe you a meal.
Both are ok, the first is a far more informal message.

it's good your company located near my house ! /Since your working place is pretty near where I stay, it is even more convenient to have more of our meals together in future.

It's good/convenient/handy that your company is near my house. or . Since your work-place is pretty near where I live, it will be easy/convenient/handy to share more meals/have more meals together in future.
