You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.

The chart below shows the results of a survey of people who visited four types of tourist attraction in Britain in the year 1999.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

You should write at least 150 words.

The pie chart provides information about the percentage of visitors choosing the attractive things in Britain in 1999.

As can be seen from the chart, most of visitors select the art-related and amusing factors accounting for 75%.

There are no significant difference between the Theme Parks and the factors related to art with the figure ranging from 37% to 38%. The Historic Houses and Monuments take the second position attracting about 16% of tourists. A further 9% opt for the Wildlife Parks and Zoos.

When it comes to Theme Parks, the percentage of people choosing Blackpool Pleasure Beach ranks second to none with approximately half of the total amount. The Alton Towers exceed Pleasureland, Southport with 17% and 16% respectively. Finally, the number of travellers who is interested in Chessington World of Adventures takes the last position with 10% along with that of Legoland, Windsor.

You did not write the minimum word count. Your score will be lower for that reason. Write a little more than the minimum to be on the safe side. There is no penalty for writing over the minimum.

It is too sensational for a math/science context.) with approximately half of the total amount. (Which total? The whole pie chart?)
