Rita NganPlease confirm us your order reference as soon as possible replaced by "Would you please confirm your order reference at your early convenience?"

Are you asking for confirmation of the reference number or of the actual order itself?

The client owe us a “work order form”. We need to send invoice together with this formal work order form. So asking for help repeatedly and politely, hope Mr Chung will reply us.

I still don't understand. Are you asking the client to confirm a number or an order?

To confirm an order. The “Instruction to commence work” is informal. A reference number; descriptions; quotation price; signature are stated on the “Work Order Form”. Usually, the invoice has to be mentioned a reference number.

Just say "Please confirm your order as soon as possible".
