  1. The whole process for the implementation of change was treated as a secret commercial project.
  2. Such as to setup a manufacturing factory in and build up a joint venture partnership relationship with a Chinese corporation. You cannot start your sentence with "Such as" . You need to say what the "such" refers to -
  3. People did not know the expected outcome in regard to this change as well as what they should commit. Sorry, this does not make sense. My suggestion: "People did not know what would be the expected outcome if they committed themselves." But it depends on the context for the sentence.
  4. All of the above will let lead to the employees' feeling of mistrust.
  5. The operation flows between manufacturing industry and sole agent trading firm is totally different. flow/is OR flows/are

Dear Feebs11,

Thank you very much. You are right, it doesn't make sense, actually I don't understand how to explain in English.

"People did not know the expected outcome in regard to this change as well as what they should commit." Sorry, this does not make sense. My suggestion: "People did not know what would be the expected outcome if they committed themselves." But it depends on the context for the sentence.
Having read it again more carefully, perhaps all it needed was a comma: "People did not know the expected outcome in regard to this change, as well as what they should commit."

For the second phrase, would it be clearer if you said "as well as what they should commit in [time and investment]."?
