Technology is applied to organize, design, plan and implement new solutions, helping to manage the city in a flexible and sustainable manner, under the supervision of the people.

However, there have also appeared a number of warnings about the impact and downside of Smart City, such as:

Firstly, phase 1, I will build a website with the domain name: smartcityvietnam.vn with a tab menu including: news, forums, latest, members, etc...and then do media planning, timeline for promoting, budget and goals of the project. This project will be deployed on social platforms like Facebook, Zalo, Youtube, Google where young people usually active here using paid media format to acquire a number of users jointly forum, to become a member.
