Morning every teacher, could you please help to correct my grammar, thank you

Seems the customer is no urgently need the goods. They delay and delay again to submit us the letter of credit and the latest shipment is fixable. Even the vessel closing date is 15 November, but we cannot ship without receive their letter of credit. In order to protect us and to be fair with the factory (because the goods were ready and stocked in the factory over 3 months), will you consider to suggest the customer payment us by cash instead of letter of credit ? Please comment.

It seems that the customer has no urgent need for the goods. They continue to delay submission of a letter of credit and the latest shipment is fixable [I have no idea what you mean by this word]. Although the vessel closing date is 15 November, we cannot ship without receipt of their letter of credit.

In order to protect us and to be fair with the factory (because the goods have been stocked in the factory and ready to ship for over 3 months), would you consider suggesting to the customer that they pay us in cash instead of by letter of credit ? Please advise.
