Today, we got the customer’s complaint to saying that they have received your goods of ABC810 on January 13 in USA. The container floor was full of grease which defiled / contaminated the cartons. Please note that this is serveral times for the grease problem from your company? Could you please remind your people to check carefully when getting the container from the shipping company which is to protect your company and our goods. Besides, please also keep the container clean to avoid any dirty. Lastly, please provide 80 pcs cartons box for replacement on the next shipment and please note that you are responsible for any extra labor cost occurred.
