Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the bad incident happened at your restaurant on July 3 ,2023. I had lunch on that day as it is a most nearest place from my location .

I ordered large cheese pizza and it took around half and hour to delivered and worst part was it was smelling so bad that i could not able to have a single bite. Through the ambiance was so pretty but the food was one of my worst experience .

so I would like you to return my money and furthermore i suggest you to please keep the hygienic and healthy food so it would be more appealing and keep us healthy .

I have not decided yet . My writing part is still poor and need to improve a lot. Could you please correct my writing ?

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you about the bad incident happened an unfortunate experience I had at your restaurant on 3 July 2023. I had lunch on that day in your restaurant as it is the most nearest convenient place to my office. from my location .

I ordered large cheese pizza, and but it took around half and hour to delivered I had to wait almost half an hour for it! And worst part was when it came, it was smelling smelled so bad that I could not able to even have a single bite. Needless to say, I was horrified. I informed the waiter about that, and he apologized and suggested that I write to you. Through the ambiance was so pretty but the food was one of my worst experience .

so Therefore, I would like you to return reimburse my money and, furthermore, I suggest that you have a word with your chef to please keep the hygienic and healthy an eye on the quality of your food. so it would be more appealing and keep us healthy .
