Hi Jackson - I tried to change your text - the problem was a mix of informal / formal speech and active / passive moods That made it hard to read. I could not understand the last 2 sentences.

This submission is in regards to the economics class scheduled on 19th September, 2008 at 1-2 PM. I conducted this class on the scheduled day from 12 - 1 PM, an hour before its regularly scheduled time. The class schedule was moved forward by one hour due to a special unanimous request of all the students (the attendance roll is attached). But the REC report erroneously claimed that I didn’t hold the class that day.

(I really cannot decipher the rest of this!)

The exception would be the case where you are suggesting that official correspondence to be between positions, no matter who is occupying those positions. (As in a rule, regulation, etc.)
