This task and chart is seriously flawed.
The graph title "when women give first childbirth" is completely unnatural - and very bad - English.
In addition, they are mathematically incompetent!
The people who wrote this exercise failed all their maths classes.
They have no clue about distribution curves.
Didn't you figure out that this practice test is utterly atrocious?
Do not use these sources. It makes you learn to write bad English and to get a failing mark in your maths classes.
You can read my response to another student who tried to write an essay on this same task.

The graph (inaccurate name) shows the age of Australian women (That is not what is on this chart.) bearing their first offspring (Offspring is for animals like horses and ducks. It is not generally used for people except in very particular contexts. It is not a synonym for "child". It is a non-count (plural) word. ) in 1966, 1986 and 2006.
Overall, the age of over 40 was depicted to have the least figure, (wrong word.) while the age from 20 to 24 had the highest one. The age of 19 and under descended (wrong word.) year to year, in contrast, the age of 30-34 and 35-39 went upwards (wrong expression. How can age 30 change? It makes no sense at all .) over the period.
The number (wrong word. Numbers are quantities like 8,310 and 277,987 or 5. There are no counts (numbers) on this flawed chart) of people aged over 40 had the lowest figure (wrong word.) in year 1966 , and then marginally rose in 1986 and 2006 when it reached the figure (wrong word.) of approximately 5%. In contrast, although the age of 20 - 24 went downwards (wrong expression. Ages stay the same!) over the period, from above 60% (poor expression. 89% is above 60%. 61% is above 60%. Make your report accurate.) down to 40%, it still had the highest total portion.
Similarly, the age of 19 and under decreased about 14-15% and reached its lowest point in 2006 that was slightly above 10%. On the other hand, the age of 30-34 increased about 38% over the period, while it was around 39% for people aged 35-39.
