The two maps illustrate different ways to approach a city hospital in two years, 2007 and 2010. Generally speaking, the given area underwent dramatic changes over the three-year period.

In 2007, the hospital road that directly led to the city hospital was cut by two other roads, the ring road which surrounded the hospital on the north end and the city road on the opposite end. To the southeast of the ring road was a gate connected to the car park for both staff and the public. Six bus stops were located on the two sides of the hospital road.

In 2010, the hospital and the three main roads remained unchanged in their location. Two roundabouts were added on the two ends of the hospital road which connected to the ring road and city road. Furthermore, these roundabouts were both connected to a bus station on the left side of the hospital road. The old parking place was then used for hospital staff only. A public car park was newly constructed to the east of the city hospital.

sorry, I have a small question: In the question, this image is called "the two maps", so is it wrong if I keep that?

Site Hint: Check out our list of pronunciation videos.

I wouldn't use "maps" for something like that. I much prefer "diagrams", "pictures" or even "figures".

This is my new version. Hopefully, this one is better.

The diagram provides a description of the approach to a city hospital in two years, 2007 and 2010.

Generally speaking, the given area underwent considerable changes over the three-year period with some supplementation in traffic infrastructure.

From 2007 to 2010, one prominent observation was the addition of two roundabouts at either end of Hospital Road where it intersected with Ring Road and City Road. The six bus stops located on either side of Hospital Road were replaced by a new bus station in the left side of the same road. Additionally, this bus station was connected to both roundabouts. In terms of parking place, the car park which used for both staff and public in 2007 was then used for staff only. A new parking space for citizens was constructed to the east of Ring Road in 2010.
