My essay:

The graph depicts the effects of three elements – agricultures, manufacturing, and business and financial services on the UK economy in the twentieth century, including the years 1900, 1950, 1975, and 2000.

Having the first glance at agriculture ranked the highest from 1900 to 1950, which was almost 50% and about 53%. However, it suddenly dropped to 10% in 1975 and made the least contribution to the UK national economy. Therefore, we can conclude that the importance of agriculture was no longer considered. Meanwhile, manufacturing was in a similar circumstance to agriculture because its trend is all downward and it slightly went down through years. On the opposite side, business and financial services had the trend of going upward. It climbed sharply from the number of 4% in 1900 to 20% in 1975 and there was not any decrease during that period of time. In the last year of the twentieth century, all the roles of the three sectors were reversed. Agriculture contributed weakly to the UK economy with just only 2%, manufacturing took second place with about 15% and the business and financial outweighed the most with 35%.

Through the chart, we can conclude that the contribution of the sectors to the nation’s economy also changed wildly due to the growth of technology which provides humans with various kinds of high-tech devices in working.

That is not good. You are drawing conclusions. Just describe the bar chart. Do not make assumptions or inferences. There is nothing about technology on the chart.

You cannot say it dropped in 1975 because you have no data at all for the years between 1950 and 1975.

Do not draw any conclusions in Task 1. You will lose a lot of points if you do that. It is not part of the task.
