I'm not following/ I'm not with you. You've lost me. [both are ok]

I don't laugh when I talk. So all I need to do is not stop talking. [ok - depending on context it could be "I can't laugh when talk." ???]
It's not so much the price as the attitude that will drive customers to go elsewhere. [ok]
The way she acts around him, you'd think she was the killer. It's a red herring pull. [ok, except for "a red herring pull" ... I don't know what the "pull" part means. A "red herring" is something that leads you off in the wrong direction.]
Now that you guys are no longer friends, he is befriending others/has befriended others. [both are ok, the first option says he is still doing it. The second option says he has, and could be interpretted that he isn't continuing to befriend people]
If I don't tell you what he bought you for christmas, you won't be able to wait till [until] the 24th. Isn't that what you want, waiting to get your presents? (the second sentence might be better as "Isn't that what you want, to wait to get your presents?" depending on the context of surrounding sentences.)
