I have to guess at some of the information, but here is my best interpretation of your intended meaning. (I don't believe you need your last two sentences, because the previous facts you mention are conclusions drawn from interpreting the two charts.)

The first chart describes the number of fish that were caught in the three largest oceans, and the second chart shows amounts of consumption by various countries.

According to the first chart, the largest number of fish were caught in the Pacific Ocean, a number greater than the total combined number of fish caught in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. The second chart shows that China is the largest consumer (at 17 million tons), followed by Japan, United States, Russia, and India.

Between 1975 and 2000, the largest number of fish caught [in the Pacific Ocean?] occurred in 1995, (about 52 million tons). During the same 25-year period, the number of fish caught in the Atlantic and India Oceans remained steady at about 20 million and 4 million.

Thank you very much for your edition, but I think there are several points that you of course have made mistake.

- In the introduction of paragraph we should overview all the charts, we should not separate them.

- In the second paragraph we have made well done. I especially prefer to the word " combined' which I couldn't find out of my memory.

- But in the last I think this is summaries all above information so that we should not give out the numbers in detail as you have written.

Once again thank you so much.
The graphs describe the number of fish that was caught in three largest Oceans and who the main consumers are.

As an opening overview statement, this does imply that there is more than one graph, but it is not clear until one concludes from the following paragraphs that each graph has a different type of information. You could be more clear by writing in the opening statement, 'There are two graphs, one shows the number of fish caught in the three largest oceans, and the other shows consumption of fish by various countries.'

In conclusion, the most number of fish was caught in Pacific Ocean, however in Indian Ocean fish man earned at least. And China is a largest market for consuming fish.

This last paragraph is more redundant than conclusive. You've already drawn the conclusion in the preceding paragraphs. The yellow highlighted phrase here is unclear in its meaning and appears to be irrelevant as a conclusion to anything mentioned in the preceding paragraphs, or anything covered by the chart data.
