Vegetables, wheat, and bean were the three kinds of food consumed which grew, though extremely modest, over the period. The amount of vegetables eaten in every year given was quadruple that of bean and more than double that of wheat. The percentages of increase in the three types of food eaten were mostly below 10% each year.

As for cheese, starting out at113 grams in 1992, the amount of food eaten then gained a 12-grams rise to 125 and stayed the same by 2012. the amount of meat consumed initially stood at 1148 (grams), before rising a little to 1211, and declining 1132 in 2012.
