Hi everybody.
I´d like someone to correct my text and give me different possibilites to write that sentences that might be considered correct but are not the way that americans would use often.
Of course I know that I made some grammar and spelling mistakes, also. Please I´d be grateful for any help.

Hello team!!!

I´m writing to you to report some problems that we are facing here with XXXXX and XXXXX.
Some of our distributors are reporting us a problem with these two XX models. The problems are always the same. They unpack the machine and in its first use XXXXX does not produce any steam or hot water (trough the steam pipe). The machine delivery coffee normally, but every time they select steam or hot water the machine carry out hot water from the beverage pipe.

The problem related to XXXX is that (since the first time of use - new machine) after turn on the machine starts to heat and it is ready to work, the XXX is inserted but the keyboard remais OFF when the rubber button is pressed, so nothing happens (it sounds like a problem on the XXX switch, or on the control electronic card).

Three of our distribuitor have reported the same prblems with these two models.

I´ve already talked with their techinial support and gave some guidance in order to fix the problems but the point is the responsable for the company (the owner) doesn´t want to spend money buying the spare parts to fix the machines that should already work correctly. They want to know if it is a problem related to the serial lot number. Therefor my question is if you has had been notified about similar problems from other distriuitors and if there is a solution.

Once again I shall reinforce that the core problem is the expenses that each distribuitor have to assume to solve the problem in a brand new machine.

By now I just have the serial numbers bellow. I still waiting the other distributors send me their serial number lot of their respective defective machines.

I am curious why you would like sentences that are not written in a way that Americans would often write. Do you prefer British English (or some other dialect)?
ALso, it sounds like you are talking about 2 different problems, each specific to one of two models. It is not clear from the beginning.

I guess I was not clear in some points. My goal is to write like Americans do, because I´m sure is the most used.

The text that I wrote involves three parts, a company that sells the machines, partners (called distributors) and a support team.
The distributors buy the machines and rent those to their customers (whose are not involved in this problem). But before send the machines to the customers, our dstributors find out (or found out?) some problems on them.
Instead fix the problem the distributors are demanding new machines to replace those defective avoiding spending money and time.

I´ve been studing english for about 4 years, but as you could see my writen skill still need a huge improvement.

That´s the way that I wnat to write. Very clear and precise. Of course it might sound stange for you, to "hear" someone so excited about something that is so natural for you. I´ve been asking my english teachers, when they correcting my compositions to write comments and to show me different better options to write the same thing. But they often avoid do that, I think maybe to not make me feel bad and disappoited. What I realy need and want is correct guidance.

Now it´s up to me. Let´s see if I can learn.
