Topic: Some people argue that job satisfaction is more important than job security, while others believe that they cannot always expect job satisfaction, and a permanent job is more important. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

My essay:

Opinions are divided whether job satisfaction or job security is predominant for an employee. From my perspective, despite some benefits of having life-long occupations, being fulfilled at work is the leading factor to the success of individuals.

Granted, there are compelling reasons to say that assurance in a job is essential. This is predicated on the assumption that it guarantees the stability and credibility for a person who is in charge of making ends meet. Most workers with a permanent job know exactly their monthly income to be in full control of their financial plans; therefore, they will be less worried about the short-term financial problems such as debts and bills, which helps them allocate more time to being fixated on more important matters like career trajectory or even promotion. For example, many people who have a passionate interest in art are willing to give up their dreams in order to seek a steady job because of stable salaries. If they had chosen to pursue their passion, their children could be negatively affected due to the insufficient living conditions.

However, this is not sound because employees, without contentment in their working environment, cannot fully develop to achieve accomplishments. Given the satisfaction in jobs, they are not likely to suffer from work stress or burnout, which allows them to enhance their productivity as well as their employee morale. An unhappy worker also has difficulties with their feelings, reconciling their frustration with their day-to-day temperament. Such problems might result in them being short with co-workers, complaining with their friends or even resenting their family for the burden that they must shoulder for their welfare. A good example is Google. They have equipped facilities such as gyms or café to reduce pressure for employees and this undoubtedly improves the situation of turnover of stressful employees.

In conclusion, I am of the opinion that being satisfied in jobs should be prioritized instead of having stable but dead-end ones.

Opinions are divided whether job satisfaction or job security is predominant (wrong usage) for an employee. From my perspective, despite some benefits of having life-long occupations, (An occupation is not a job. Your occupation is your profession, training, or skill set. For example, an auto mechanic is an occupation and so is farmer or nurse or teacher. In an occupation, you can work in many different jobs or companies. The task is about the job, not the occupation.) being fulfilled at work is the leading factor to the success (The question was not about success. The measure was not really defined. It might be contentedness, self-confidence, or self-fulfillment.) of individuals.

Granted, there are compelling reasons to say that having assurance that your job is secure assurance in a job is essential. This is because predicated on the assumption that it guarantees the stability of the income and credibility (wrong word) for a person who is in charge of making ends meet. Most workers with such a a permanent (wrong word) job know exactly what their monthly income will be and can to be in full control of their financial plans; therefore, they will be less worried about a sudden loss of earnings leading to the short-term financial problems such as debts and bills, (Your sentence is getting long-winded and out of control here. You put too many ideas in one poor sentence.) which Having a reliable cash flow helps them allocate more time to being fixated (wrong word) on more important matters like the next steps in their career trajectory (wrong word) or even promotion. That is saying the same thing.) For example, (What follows is not an example of attention to career planning. - The examiner will be confused. You lose points for cohesion and coherence. It is your expectation that the reader's mind will suddenly jump with yours to an entirely different point. You also make an assumption that jobs in art are not secure, which is not true.. The next sentences are off-topic. ) many people who have a passionate interest in art are willing to give up their dreams in order to seek a steady job because of stable salaries. If they had chosen to pursue their passion, their children could be negatively affected due to the insufficient living conditions.

However, this (What does "this" refer to? That children are negatively affected if their parents work in an art-related profession?) is not sound because employees, without contentment in their working environment, cannot fully develop to achieve accomplishments. (wrong word - An accomplishment is what someone accomplishes. Everyone always achieves their accomplishments, by definition, no matter how small or insignificant they are. ) Given the satisfaction in jobs, they are not likely to suffer from work stress or burnout, which allows them to enhance (wrong word) increase their productivity as well as their employee maintain a high morale. An unhappy worker also has difficulties with their feelings, reconciling their frustration with their day-to-day temperament. (wrong word - I do not know what you mean.) Such problems (wrong word - you were describing feelings. ) might result in them being short with co-workers, complaining to with their friends or even resenting their family for the burden that they must shoulder to give them a nice place to live, good food, and all the niceties of life for their welfare. A good example is Google. ( There is no coherence or cohesion here. You have lost the reader. Google is not a feeling of resentment or frustration or unhappiness. Google is an internet search engine.) They have workplaces equipped with facilities such as gyms or café (wrong form) to reduce pressure for employees and this undoubtedly improves the situation of turnover of stressful (wrong word - a job is stressful, not a person) employees. (You have strayed off-topic. The topic is not a company's worker turnover. )

In conclusion, I am of the opinion that being satisfied in a job jobs should be prioritized (That is not really the task) instead of having stable but dull / tedious / monotonous / boring one. dead-end ones. (wrong form. Also a dead-end job is one without any chance of a promotion. This task is about job satisfaction, that is a job where you are very happy and excited to come to work every day. You need to describe in your essay what "job satisfaction" is, rather than leaving it up to the reader to guess what you have in mind. )
