The diagram illustrates the process that is used to manufacture bricks for the building industry

The diagram demonstrates the various steps in producing bricks for the building industry.

Overall, the procedure in making bricks involves seven stages, from raw material to delivery.

The process commences with digging clay. At the next stage, clay is put onto the metal grid and small pieces are drop onto the roller, followed by combining with sand and water. After that, either the mixture is shaped by mould or wire cutter, and then bricks are produced.

Those bricks are then dried in an oven from 24 hours to 48 hours. At the fifth stage, the procedure is continued with drying in a kiln at a moderate temperature (200 degree celsius to 980 degree celsius). The bricks are next heated at high temperature (810 degree celsius to 1300 degree celsius). Following that is cooling those bricks up to 72 hours. After cooling down in the chamber, the bricks are packaged, and finally delivered to the customers.
