Moreover, teachers can influence their students a great deal. Talented educators can turn a student with less ability into a genius if they motivate and put effort into their students to break their shells to gain confidence to learn.
On the other hand, I would argue scholastic achievement depends a lot on the attitude of the students. Attitude is a little thing that makes a big difference.
