Numberous means of media are created in order to make human life become more convenient and interesting. Some people suppose that individuals who use the media, should master theirselves about other point of views as well as surrounding attitudes. To a certain extent, I agree with this opinion. Hoever, whether ther are any drawbacks when we do this?
First of all, we are living in a free-press society, so there are a range of information around us, such as: on television, on the Internet, or in magazines, newspaper, and so on,…As a result, a abundant of different thoughts, also what it entails, appears widely. At this time, as an media user, you have to know how to select true stories, official sources in order to believe in, and then show your attitude. In addition, sensationalistic news may make you spanic if you do not find out what the truth is. Thereby, those reports would spread pervasively and affect negatively on a large number of users. Therefore, every person need to practice choosing suitable sources, which entails the right attitudes.
On the other hand, because of the obiquitous news, it seems quite difficult for individuals realize the true one. Furthermore, tabloids with atractive headlines about celebrities may easily have publicity. By this way, man or human, who effortlessly trusts that these news are true, will have some biased thoughts and one-side views. For instance, the bankruptcy in business of a company is reported as a failure of entire economy of a particular country. This will influence on thoughts of many people and lead to another problems.
In conclusion, media is developing day by day. Therefore, we should learn how to adapt and become smart users in our society.
