The diagram reveals information about the production of chocolate. There are ten stages of making chocolate in total and it is a combination of a manual and automatic process.

To begin, the cacaos that come from South America, Africa, Indonesia have been collected from the cacao trees. Once the pods are ripe and red enough, they are harvested and have been peeled off to get the white cocoa beans. In the next stage, the beans will be fermented and then spread to the sun to catch the light and become dry enough. After that, farmers put beans in the large sacks to deliver them to the manufacturers, which is transported by train or lorry instead to the factory.

In the eighth stage, there is a roasted process when beans are grilled at the appropriate temperature. Following that, there is an automated machine that is handling the job of crushing beans into pieces and then the blue-collar workers are responsible for removing the outer shell. In the end, the inner part pressed liquid chocolate produced to form the original chocolate that we usually know.
