It is clear from the graph that wheat exports over three areas: Australia, Canada and European Community had not been the same from 1985 to 1990. Canada experienced the most striking growth rates with approximately 20 millions before 1987. Then the number escalated into 25 millions in 1988 and dropped dramatically for 10 millions in 1989. In the next year it returned to around 20 millions. The wheat exports developments of Australia and European community remained the same in the first 3 years. After that, Australia had increasing trend of number with 15, 20 and 22 millions in 1988,1989 and 1990 respectively. Whereas European Community rates tend to diminish and reached the lowest point at 10 millions in 1990.
