In the modern world,as more and more types of vehicles are invented, the issue of traffic congestion follows afterwards. It is thought by some citizens that the leaders of the country ought to invest more money on building train and subway lines to reduce traffic jam.Others think that expanding roads is more optimal in reducing traffic density. This essay will first discuss the benefits of expanding the train and subway system, followed by a discussion of how bigger roads will assist greatly in solving the problem of traffic congestion.

It is argued that pouring money on building more train and subway line is a great solution to traffic jam that the government can bring about. There are many reasons to this point of view. One reason is that if subways and trains were used more frequently, there would have been less private vehicles on roads, therefore reducing the traffic volume.Another reason is that trains and subways always travel on a designated route without intefering with the route of other types of vehicles, which means that it is impossible for trains and subways to be part of traffic jam.For example, given a group of 100 people,if all 100 people travelled by their own vehicles instead of using trains and subways, the traffic would be terrific in rush hours. However,if 60 out of 100 people decided to travel by train or subway instead of by their private vehicles, the roads will now have 60 less vehicles and traffic congestion is very unlikely to appear.

On the contrary, building more and wider roads is deemed as the more suitable solution by some citizens due to some justifications. If the roads were bigger in size, there would be more space for vehicles, therefore traffic jam will be much less likely to occur. Moreover, expanding roads will not only solve traffiic congesion, but it will also assist greatly in transportation by providing drivers with a great deal of extra options in choosing routes. For example,a truck driver has to drive around a lake in order to deliver the package to the supermarket. But if a bridge across the lake was built,it would save the truck driver a significant ammount of time and fuel.

In conclusion, this essay acknowledges that train and subway investments will undoubtedly reduce traffic congestion, but expanding roads seem to be the better option.

One problem is your spacing errors. Put a space after a punctuation mark. There are so many of these errors, that I will only highlight the errors. If you fix them and post the corrected version, we can work on the problems with grammar and word usage.
