Evgeniy Demchev i wish you Excellent Health

The lowercase "i" is a letter of the alphabet. It is not a pronoun.

"Excellent" is not a proper adjective and "health" is not a proper noun.

Is using present indefinite or progressive correct with certain time expressions, either the whole period or the starting point?

I am an artist for twenty years - incorrect.

These are correct:

I am an artist now.
I have been an artist for twenty years.
I have been an artist since I graduated from high school.
I have been an artist for longer than I can remember.

I am busy cooking now.

I have been cooking for ten minutes.
I have been cooking all morning.
I have been cooking since 8 am.

Evgeniy Demchevpresent indenfinite (indefinite)

As far as I know, nobody is using the terminology "present indefinite" these days. I think you mean the non-continuous form of the present tense, called the simple present or sometimes the present simple.

Both are used with time expressions.

I am here between 2 and 4 every day.
I am cooking my dinner now.
I'm leaving for school in 20 minutes.

See A.S.'s post for how to say the sentences you posted. That's a different situation.
