I tend to use price of with an item, such as breakfast; and price for with services, such as a day at the spa. Not hard and fast on this one.

Hey Toshy!! I'm not an expert in explaining things in a few words, so I got the definition from an excellent dictionary!!

spa
1 a place where water with minerals in it, that is considered to be good for your health, comes up naturally out of the ground; the name given to a town that has such a place and where there are, or were, places where people could drink the water:

2 (especially AmE) a place where people can relax and improve their health, with, for example, a swimming pool:
a superb health spa which includes sauna, Turkish bath and fitness rooms

3 (especially AmE) = JACUZZI

(Oxford English dictionary)

I hope I helped you... and another helper simplifies my explanation Emotion: embarrassed
and thanks everyone! Very helpful
The original sentence contains spa as in meaning 2.
