Can someone explain the meaning of "for all she know" and "make a run for it" in the following passage from X-men comics.

And she'd been setup. And for all she know Gambit was a part of the setup, too. She decided to make a run for it.

I think you mean for all she knew.

I found this definition online:

“For all I know” asserts that the speaker is so insufficiently informed that he is willing to entertain the most far-fetched conjecture or the darkest suspicion.

make a run for it: attempt to escape someone or something by running away
