Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.
Today, humans are likely to have more health problems than in the past. Therefore, some people suggest sports facilities should be built more to advance their health, whereas others insist it is no use doing that and several other ways should be considered. Personally, I approve of the two views because either measure brings health values to people.
To start with, making an increase in the number of sports amenities is reasonable, since they are where professional coaches and numerous high-quality equipment like treadmills are required. Accordingly, people will easily be able to receive useful advice and use machines to achieve good health. For example, my neighborhood did not use to have any sport center at all, yet since there was one, the residents’ health has seemingly been improved greatly, perhaps due to the offered unlimited courses about exercising and the experienced trainers.
As wonderful the above view is, I am also convinced that these following alternatives can significantly cause people to effectively enhance health. Firstly, I believe that talks and campaigns on health advancements should be usually organized publicly. Thus, anybody will be well-informed about what to do to keep healthy thereby. Secondly, governments should encourage the citizens to do more physical exercises such as cycling and hiking by reducing prices for bikes and other sports tools which may result in more and more individuals getting into them, because, of course, those activities are extremely healthful to humans. Finally, I perceive that some people, especially the poor, have difficulty getting access to healthcare service and treatment. For this reason, should the governments pay medial fees in part or in full for those people, then the general health of a community will probably be maintained.
To summarize, I still hold the view that the installation of sports clubs will contribute a great deal to public health. However beneficial this is, I also claim that other steps mentioned above should be taken.
Thank you!!!!!
